Dehydrate for 8–12 hours at 95°F, or bake on the lowest oven setting with the door slightly open until completely dry.

Once crisp, grind the sea moss in a high-speed blender or coffee grinder until it becomes a fine powder.

Store in an airtight jar in a cool, dry place.
