Shipping policy

We ship once a week, every Wednesday from our licensed commercial kitchen in North York, Ontario.

  • Order deadline: Saturday at 6:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time each week
  • Orders placed after the deadline are automatically moved to the next Wednesday shipping date
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number as soon as your order goes out

Pickup Options

We offer local pickup for customers in the Greater Toronto Area. Select 'Curbside Pickup' at checkout if you’d like to pick up your order directly from us.

  • Pickup hours: Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
  • Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email to schedule your pickup slot.
  • Please note: Our commercial kitchen is for production purposes only and is not open for walk-ins or retail shopping. Kindly do not arrive without a scheduled time, and please wait for your order to be brought out to your vehicle.

Shipping Within Canada

We offer a variety of reliable shipping options across Canada. Shipping rates and delivery times are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and the carrier selected. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Due to the perishable nature of our Sea Moss Gel, we ship it using thermal packaging and ice packs to maintain freshness.

Shipping Outside of Canada

We proudly ship our Dried Sea Moss to customers in the United States and other international locations. However, please be aware that:

  • We cannot be held responsible for delays, customs issues, or returns caused by import restrictions or errors outside of our control.
  • We will do our best to assist with courier investigations or refund requests when possible, but refunds cannot be guaranteed for issues related to customs, missed delivery information, or carrier errors.
  • Any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees charged by your country must be paid by the recipient.
