Cancellation policy
Subscription Policy:
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive automatic repeat deliveries based on the subscription frequency that you select. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be automatically charged, triggering the creation of a new order. Orders are shipped every Wednesday. Orders must be placed by Saturday at 6 p.m. EST to be included in the following Wednesday's shipment. Orders received after the deadline will not be processed until the following week. Delivery time will vary based on your location. If you'd like to adjust this, please contact us.
Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of their 3 month duration. If you don’t want to renew your subscription you can cancel it.
Cancel Your Subscription:
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do so once the minimum time commitment of 3 months has been reached. Your order confirmation emails have links to your customer portal.
