Sea Moss Hair & Skin Mask Recipe

Ingredients

2 tbsp Sea Moss Gel (made from Dried Sea Moss)

1 tbsp aloe vera gel

1 tbsp coconut oil, jojoba oil, or olive oil

1 tsp honey (optional, for added moisture)

3–5 drops essential oil (lavender or rosemary for hair; tea tree or frankincense for skin)
Instructions

Mix all ingredients in a small bowl or blender until smooth.

For hair: Apply the mask generously from roots to ends. Cover with a shower cap and let sit for 20–30 minutes, then rinse thoroughly and shampoo as usual.

For skin: Apply a thin, even layer to clean skin. Let it sit for 15–20 minutes, then rinse off with warm water and gently pat dry.
Shelf Life & Storage:
Store any leftover mask in a clean glass jar in the refrigerator for up to 7 days. Always use clean hands or a spatula to scoop out the product.
